Credit card payment is mandatory. Account billing is not available.

2. Update Your Equipment

Make sure your machine is fully updated before calling.

3. Internet: Mandatory Hotspot/Tethering

Enable a hotspot/connection sharing between your phone and your programming tablet.

4. Contact the Sales Department

Technical Ticket Usage Hours

Technical Tickets cannot be used on Fridays after 3 p.m. or on Saturdays.

Non-Covered Interventions

The Technical Ticket does not cover:

  • bench/table/EEPROM programming,

  • troubleshooting of key-cutting machines,

  • initial setup or first-use configuration of any device.

Liability and Conditions

KEYFIRST cannot be held responsible:

  • in case of vehicle lockout if the aftermarket key was not supplied by KEYFIRST,

  • if post-programming procedures are not followed,

  • if the vehicle battery voltage is insufficient,

  • if the tablet is not charged or not updated,

  • if errors result from non-compliant equipment.
