How do I know if my OBDSTAR™ subscription has expired?
On OBDSTAR™ tablets (G3, DP Plus), the subscription expiry date is visible in the Settings menu under Account Information or Subscription. When the subscription expires, the tablet continues to work with the last downloaded version but no longer receives new updates. The Keyfirst support ticket allows quick verification of your subscription status.

Can I switch from a monthly ZedFull™ LIFS right to an annual subscription?
Yes. LIFS IEA ZedFull™ usage rights are independent and cumulative: you can subscribe to a monthly right for an intensive period, then move to a 6- or 12-month subscription when your activity volume justifies it. There are no penalties for changing plan.

Is the OBDSTAR™ Version A to Version C migration permanent?
Yes. The migration is a permanent, irreversible operation. It grants access to the extended vehicle coverage of Version C, particularly the most recent vehicles not covered by Version A. Annual renewal is then at the Version C rate. Before migrating, contact Keyfirst support to verify compatibility with your equipment.

Does the Xtool™ French language conversion work on all tablets?
The French language conversion service is available for Xtool™ X100 PAD tablets imported from a foreign language version. It does not apply to all Xtool™ models. For tablets purchased directly from Keyfirst as French versions (XPAD 3 Elite, X100 PAD 2 Pro French version), this service is not needed. For other models, contact the Keyfirst support ticket to verify compatibility.
