🔄 Product Returns – Keyfirst.eu

1. General Return Conditions

In order to ensure transparency and prevent misuse, product returns are strictly governed by the following conditions:

  • Return period: Any unused product may be returned in its original condition and intact original packaging, within a maximum of 28 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  • Prior authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance by our After-Sales Service (SAV). Without written approval, no return will be processed.

  • Return costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns must be sent via tracked parcel service (tracking number required) to the address of KEYFIRST SAS.

  • Customized products: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized products or those made according to the client’s specifications (cut, programmed, or coded keys) cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of proven quality defect acknowledged by KEYFIRST SAS.

  • Special cases: For any key returned with the blade cut but without programming performed, an administrative fee of €10 (excl. VAT) per key will be applied. The return request must be made within the 28-day period. These fees will be deducted from the credit note to be issued. Beyond this deadline, no refund or credit will be granted.

  • Refund method: Unless otherwise agreed, validated returns will result in the issuance of a credit note, which can be used toward a future order.


2. Return Procedure

To ensure prompt and proper processing of your request, please carefully follow these steps:

Prepare the product:

  • Place the item in its original packaging.

  • Pack it inside a sturdy cardboard box or padded envelope.

  • Secure the product with appropriate protective materials (newspaper, bubble wrap, etc.).

Required documents to include:

  • The duly completed return form (to be downloaded below).

  • A copy of the invoice or delivery note corresponding to the returned product.

⚠️ Any return not accompanied by the official return form and the required supporting documents cannot be processed by the After-Sales Service.
