OBDSTAR MQB Collector – ELV/TCM Data Reading via Dashboard Connector

Function

The OBDSTAR MQB Collector allows you to collect ELV and TCM authentication data directly through the dashboard connector, without removing the ELV module.

Collected data is uploaded to the OBDSTAR server to calculate the ELV IMMO data, which is essential when replacing modules or performing immobilizer-related operations.

Important Note:

⚠️ If the ECM (engine control module) or TCM (transmission control module) is not original (e.g., used and not reprogrammed online at an authorized dealer or has been set to IMMO OFF), you will not be able to calculate the 32-byte synchronization code!

Usage

• Collect ELV authentication data via the dashboard connector

• Upload data to calculate IMMO values using OBDSTAR servers

• A separate MQB Collector device may be required
