Recommended Use and Procedure

1. Scan the vehicle with a diagnostic tool (VVDI, Autel, OBDSTAR, etc.) to identify chip and frequency.

2. Generate the XM38 Smart Key with your Xhorse tool.

3. Program the key to the vehicle using a compatible tool (OBDSTAR, Autel, SmartPro, Launch, etc.).

4. Check the correct operation of all five buttons and Keyless/Proximity functionality.

Always use a new battery and an appropriate key blade before testing on the vehicle.
