Learn how to generate multifunction remote car keys using KEYDIY and XHORSE equipment supplied by Keyfirst.

This intermediate-level training is designed for professionals looking to enhance their technical expertise in automotive key reproduction, with a particular focus on generating multifunction remotes. The course is entirely based on certified Keyfirst tools and emphasizes practical, hands-on use of the equipment.

Learning Objectives

• Distinguish between a basic key and a remote key

• Understand the functions of transponder cloning devices

• Clone a transponder for an emergency key

• Generate a multifunction remote key using KEYDIY and XHORSE tools

Training Content

• Overview of key types: transponders, remote keys

• Technical structure and functioning of various key technologies

• Using the Keyfirst website to access technical resources and product information

• Hands-on training with cloning and remote generation devices, with or without mobile apps, depending on the model:

  • Transponder cloning devices: KEYLINE / XHORSE

  • Multifunction remote generators: KEYDIY / XHORSE

Target Audience

This course is intended for technicians, workshop managers, automotive locksmiths, and multi-service professionals who are current or prospective Keyfirst clients.
Personalized support may be offered for participants with disabilities, following an individual needs assessment.

• Be a Keyfirst customer or future customer

• Own compatible equipment certified by Keyfirst
