  • Mutual respect: any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards our technicians may result in termination of the KEYFIRST+ contract (after 2 warnings).

  • Liability limits: KEYFIRST cannot be held responsible for lockouts or malfunctions caused by consumables not purchased from KEYFIRST.

  • Personal use only: sharing access codes to KEYFIRST+ technical support between multiple stores is strictly forbidden. In case of violation, the contract may be terminated without notice or refund.
